By accessing the BiruAds website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
BiruAds provides advertising strategy, creative, setup, management and reporting for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for an engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Management fees are billed as set out in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance and are non-refundable for periods already delivered.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, website and platform changes. We apply professional best practices but do not guarantee specific results, ROAS or revenue.
Subject to payment, deliverables we create for you are licensed to you for your business use. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates and know-how.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
